After Work Has Begun

Once our team has begun processing your request (document verification, preparation of filings, or submission to a government portal), fees paid are non-refundable, as they cover professional time and effort already expended.

Government Fees

Statutory fees, challans or duties paid directly to government departments on your behalf are non-refundable once paid, regardless of the outcome of your application.

Errors on Our Part

If a filing error occurs due to a mistake on our part, we will correct the filing at no additional professional charge, subject to the correction being permissible under applicable rules.
