Client Responsibilities

• Any delay or inaccuracy in filing arising from incomplete or incorrect information provided by you is not our liability.
• Statutory due dates and government processing timelines are outside our control.

Fees & Payments

Service fees, wherever applicable, will be communicated to you in advance. Work will commence only after confirmation of engagement.

Limitation of Liability

While we exercise due care and professional diligence, THE FILINGS shall not be liable for penalties, losses or damages arising from incorrect information supplied by the client, changes in government regulations, or delays caused by government portals/authorities.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
